Terms of Service

These terms apply to therapy and wellbeing services provided by Cheryl Davies, trading as Olive Branch Psychotherapy & Wellbeing Limited (Company No. 17338166), a BACP registered psychotherapist.

Sessions are provided in person at The Edge, Wigan (WN1 1NH). All services are subject to a therapeutic contract agreed at the start of therapy.

Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. The standard fee is £49 per session. An initial half-price session is available at £25.

Concessions may be available — please get in touch to discuss. Fees are reviewed periodically and you will be given reasonable notice of any changes.

Payment is due on or before the day of your session by bank transfer, cash, or card.

If you need to cancel or rearrange, please give at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 50% of the session fee.

Non-attendance without notice (no-show) will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, I will give you as much notice as possible and no charge will apply.

Everything discussed in sessions is treated as confidential. There are limited circumstances in which confidentiality may need to be broken — for example, where there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or where required by law. These circumstances are explained fully in the therapeutic contract.

I receive regular clinical supervision as required by BACP. Your information may be discussed in supervision in an anonymised form to support best practice.

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
